An mp4 video does not play
I have an mp4 video that plays fine in Media Player in my computer but does not in jwplayer.

Does it work on our JW Player Stream Tester? Can you give us a link to a test page so we can help troubleshoot?

The tester webpage gives error:
The connection has timed out
The server at demo.jwplayer.com is taking too long to respond.
