Embedding JWPlayer on LayerSlider WP

I want to embed a video over a slider. Using wordpress plugin named "LayerSlider WP".
Everything goes well embedding iframe, but when the slide with the video swaps, the video continue playing.
Any advise on what or how is the best practice to use JWPLAYER with sliders?
