I have implemented jwplayer-7.4.2 for playing videos in the site 'myxtv.com/shows/movies-so-good'. Getting error--"video palyerError loading media: File could not be played" in mobile devices like "Iphone-5s" and above(6,6s ), please any one suggest on this at the earliest.

The player on that page is playing flash-based media which is not compatible with iOS devices. Check out our Media Format Reference page for details.

Thanks for the information. We have already configured type:'mp4' and using following url to run the playback in mobile devices as per jw-player documentation type:'mp4' should support in all devices right?, So in this case how can i resolve the issue?

That is not an MP4, it’s an HLS stream – so try @type: ‘hls’, @
