Thinking of using JW Player and need help

Hello,

I thinking of using JW Player and have some questions. I want to use JW Player to stream my podcast from my website. Does JW Player have a basic player with no skin and then style the player through CSS? Also how difficult is it to add some features like rewind 15 seconds and forward 15 seconds.
