JWPlayer not working properly with Mavericks and Safari

I have my Mac system with updated but have on every site which uses JWPlayer problems when I want to jump forwards or backwards. The small point on the timeline jumps back. When I finally got it to the time I want, the loading circle appears - for over 20minutes (then I break it down). As youtube, spotify, Vimeo and all that other streaming stuff works fine, it must be something between JWPlayer and Mavericks, I guess.

If your mac can run Mavericks, it should also be able to run Yosemite or El Capitan – so I would advise you to upgrade the OS.
