Replacing the URLs with youtube URL in JWBestPractices App not playing

Hi JW support team
I wanted to have an embedded player for playing youtube videos in my ios application. So in order to test the same, I just replaced the current URLS JWBestPractices app with Youtube urls. To surprise, clicking the play button just does not play. The loading cursor continues to rotate without even given any feedback. Is it that JW player does not support youtube ?
