The limit for Plays is a soft limit, meaning your account and players will remain active even if you pass your 10,000 monthly limit. We review Plays per account individually to figure out if this is a one time overage or if there’s a pattern of exceeding the limits, in which our team will reach out about upgrading your account to avoid account suspension.
ok thanks for replying, I wonder if I store videos and download that video via the link, does that counts as streaming data?
Yes, anytime the video we host is played it will count against your streaming usage limit.
