Why did Paying $300 to JWPlayer Result in a Free Account??

I paid $300 to upgrade our account and after payment was confirmed by PayPal we still have a Free Account. What happened here?

Looks like that payment was manually applied to a different e-mail address on your domain. This request was made via e-mail by someone at your company about a month ago.
