Set Video Quality

Video quality is high but quality suffers when streaming. Read elsewhere something about adjusting the "SetVideoQuality" parameter. How/where do you do this? Need help - please be specific, I'm a newbie at this! :) hank you, Frank

You would copy and paste that below your manual embed code. This is what that looks like. The index number you choose will depend on how many conversions exist for that specific video.
