Only Audio is Playing in Chrome Browser, No Visual

Hi,
I've noticed that my videos that some of the videos I uploaded to my server and am using JW as the player, are only playing the audio with no visuals in the Chrome Browser, while in other browsers it does work.

Hi there,

If you access the MP4 directly in Chrome, the same behavior occurs where the audio is able to be heard but no video is displayed. This means that the issue is likely to be with the encoding of the video. I suggest re-encoding the video with an application, such as Handbrake, to see if you’re able to resolve the issue. Since it is happening when playing the MP4 directly in Chrome, then it is not an issue related to our player.
