Video Quality

I have a premium version of JW Player but when I embed my video on to my site, the quality goes way down.

I've read forum posts about this but most of them deal with people using the Free version of the player.

How do I set the default settings to highest playback mode?

It depends on how you’re embedding the player. We’ve responded to the e-mail ticket you also submitted if you don’t want to share your example pages with the public.
