Streaming 25GB amount

Hi,

I have an issue and i would like to understand why :

We hosted 15 videos on JWPlayer platform
We streamed 10 videos under 360p format (10 MB per file) using JWplayer iOS SDK
The amount of plays is 42
The amount of embedding is 658

We already reached the 25GB streaming usage.

I also see in the streaming usage that if the video isn't played the amount of bytes delivered is not null. (Here is an exemple)

Can you please help me to understand how the limits of 25GB streaming works ?

Streaming usage is recorded every time a video loads from us. The analytics section captures data when a player loads. It is possible to load a video without the player. For example by loading your direct hosted link (found in the Sources tab of your content’s properties page) into a browser, this would reflect in your streaming usage but not in your analytics.
