Problem with a camera - knocked off kilter
There is a problem with one of the two cameras streaming from Suwalki, Poland - "Widok na plac M. Konopnickiej."
It is evident that wind/weather damage (look at the uprooted tile on the roof) has knocked the camera off kilter. How does one get a message to the person who is suppose to maintain the camera to correct this problem? Thanks.
