How do I run reports by Custom Parameters?
In case I cannot do that, please tell me what kind of method to summarize in every specific group?

That is not available. Currently you can only export data via the Dashboard. While there are plans on the roadmap to retrieve this information via the API, I don’t have an ETA on release.
