Remove black screen

Hello Support,

We have implement JW player in our web based application to play video, at the start of video player display black screen for a while.
Is there any way to remove that black screen?

Please suggest.

There was a global DNS event impacting content delivery. This may be the reason you see a black screen until the video loads. As of this morning, content delivery is no longer affected by this DNS outage. If you are still seeing this issue, please open a new support ticket within your account’s dashboard with a link to your video so that we can look into this for you.
