JW7 - Volume Slider for Audio Players

Hello!

I've seen that starting with JW6, the volume slider for reduced height players (controlbar only for audio) was disabled per this thread - https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/questions/6063019-jw6-audio-player-volume-horizontal-slider

A JWPlayer support agent indicated there would be a solution for this given the feedback for its use cases. - "Given all feedback and the clear use case, we’re going to get a solution for version 6.6 (planned for Aug 1st)…"

I can't find any documentation on this for JW7. Has this solution been implemented or is it still currently unavailable as a feature in JW7?

The audio slider is horizontal in JW 7. This is the updated audio player page for JW 7.

Thanks, Donni. Is there any documentation on chapter markers for audio players? I currently have the chapter cues on the buffer rail but when I hover over them, the chapter titles do not appear.

We don’t have built-in functionality for chapter markers when the player is in audio mode. You may be able to get it to work for your specific use-case by editing the CSS of the skin of the player here is our CSS reference list.
