Poster Image Doesn't show up

Hi,

I'm setting my poster image through the jwplayer website interface.
The poster image appears in the parameters but I doesn't appear on the video itself.
I still have the first frame as poster image.

What can I do ?

Please provide a link. If you are using the single-line embed code, your poster image should automatically appear. If you are using a custom embed, you would have to include the “image:” parameter with a link to the URL to the image. You can find additional setup options in our Configuration Reference document.
