Is the API Key / Secret only accessible from within Properties?

I'm a manager and I'd like to use the JWPlatform API. From what I understand, the API Key and secret are only available on Properties, but my company doesn't use them, and I don't have access to them.

Two questions: do I need to use properties just to hit the /players/ endpoints? Is there another way to access the api credentials besides through the Properties?

Every account type has an API key and secret. If your account has Properties enabled, each property has it’s own unique key and secret as well. Manager users don’t have access to the key and secret of an account, so you would need to be made an admin or have an admin on an account provide that information to you if you’re looking to utilize our platform api.
