I have seen in several forums where this have come up. The player does not load or play at all with IE 11 (Win 10). When I check the console it shows. "Unable to get property 'jwplayer.volume' of undefined or null reference". Has support found out what is causing such an error? It works on all other browsers.

Yes, I do have a reproduction page. I would like to point out that IE 11 DOES work when the assets are being played from a web server. However, I have a client that has been using jwplayer for years, and downloads a presentation to a thumb drive that then gets played locally off of the file system. I am aware that jwplayer has stated that offline content does NOT work.. but it actually has been working.. and still does today EXCEPT for IE 11. Can I send you a zip file with contents of my reproduction page? It's following the template you described.

Our player is not supported in offline environments. While it may work in some situations, it may not work in others, may stop working unexpectedly, and so on.
