Upgrade price not prorated?
We started the premium account on Mar 31. We needed to upgrade the plan to platinum now, why isn't the upgrade price prorated?

The payment system will automatically calculate a prorated amount once your upgrade order is placed. If you encounter any issues with your order after checkout, please submit a support ticket within your account’s dashboard.
