What options are you choosing in the What can we help you with? and In which area are you having the issue? pulldown menus?
And are you submitting the case by clicking on the Submit a Case button from inside your JW Player account dashboard?
Yes, I clicked on Submit a Case, selected the items in "What can we help you with", "In which area are you having the issue", "Request Title", Invoice Number and Request Description.
The Send button is still disabled.
I'd tried Chrome, Firefox, Safari on OSX & Win10
