Error loading media: File could not be played

i am using jwplayer free edition now for first start my site, but in these 2 days, all my site movie cannot be played. will produce Error loading media: File could not be played. Please help and advice. your advise will be much appreciated.

here for my account overview, still not yet 100%.
- storage = 0%
- streaming = 0%
- plays = 14%
