VIMEO + PDF pre-roll

I need to embed a video from Vimeo + preroll Google DFP.
Is this possible? What version of jwPlayer is needed? Pro, Premium or Enterprise?

Running your own ads against VIMEO hosted content is probably against their terms of service so you should contact them for clarification. If ends up being ok with them, you’ll need a Platinum Subscription or a custom license in order to have ad playback.
