Apple TV Rejected becouse no content were visible

Hi!

We recently tested JW Player template for Apple TV, which works fine in TestFlight mode on Apple TV. When we let Apple test the app for review no content/videos displays.
What could be different between TestFlight and Live?

Hi Daniel!

Yes i'm certain, we even recieved a screenshot of our app. The app displayed the template with our custom images so only the videos where missing.
