Can't playback streaming url

Jwplayer can't playback this url : http://streaming.iphim.vn/hls/2016-09-19/3003_1_JasonBourneSiuipVinTiXut/1/uhd_1920x1080/3003_1_JasonBourneSiuipVinTiXut.m3u8

I tested on VLC, MicrosoftEdge, and they all worked fine.
I tested on jwplayer on my website or with this link http://demo.jwplayer.com/stream-tester/, they all didn't work.

Can you help me?

Hi there,

That stream is working for me just fine in our Stream Tester, but looking in the Network tab of Chrome’s Dev Tools, I can see that the segments of the HLS stream are taking a long time to load from the server that is hosting them. They are not that large in size so I would assume that the issue lies with the server the stream is hosted on. I would recommend contacting them for further troubleshooting.

Thank you.

Hi, I'm the one who posted the question. Sorry for didn't explain clearly. the issue is that :

When playback this URL http://streaming.iphim.vn/hls/2016-09-19/3003_1_JasonBourneSiuipVinTiXut/1/uhd_1920x1080/3003_1_JasonBourneSiuipVinTiXut.m3u8 :

1. On VLC software and Microsoft Edge : both VIDEO and AUDIO are OK
2. ON http://demo.jwplayer.com/stream-tester/ : AUDIO is OK but VIDEO is invisible.

About network slow issue as Alex mentioned, it's because Vietnam network are slow these days ( due to network cable ), not because of streaming server.

Hi there,

The stream is playing fine, with both video and audio, in our Stream Tester as long as the player is rendered in HTML5. It looks like the issue is when the HLS stream is being rendered in Flash, but this issue would be with the stream itself and not with our player. I would normally run some tests on your stream for you but due to the very low speed connection I have to the stream, none of my tests are successfully running. I would recommend working with your streaming provider for further assistance.

Thank you.

I'm also the streaming provider. However I can't figure it out. Do you have any suggestion ? or do you need any information to check this ?

We always try to find out as much information about why a stream would not be working properly as we can. However, sometimes we can’t, as in this case. Unless the stream is generated and delivered by our platform, whomever is providing the stream is responsible for troubleshooting any errors with the stream itself.

I wish there was more we could do to assist you.
