Our video playback on http://www.premiershiprugby.com/premiership-rugby-tv/ was working perfectly on Friday on all browsers but has since stopped working properly - and only plays back on Chrome
Can someone help me or point in the direction of where there may be an issue?

I looked into the link you provided and see that you are using 2 gig mp4s for delivery of your stream. When accessing the stream the playback of the creative either tries to download the complete 2 did stream or will simply download to the desktop. You might consider encoding your stream with a proper moovatom to speed up playback or simply use HLS to limit your streaming footprint: http://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1430240-hls-adaptive-streaming .
