The jwplayer keeps saying its loading the ad but if you click on it twice it will play normally.
This is in firefox and some devices don't have the problem and some have.
The version I use is 7.6.1 which is the latest.

It works on all the other browsers except firefox. The browsers that I used have the latest versions and are up to date.
The bug won't show on some smartphones, computers. The bug won't display on my laptop(with Windows) but it does show on my smartphone(HTC one m9).
The same thing goes for a macbook and an iphone.
However the version 7.3.4 of jwplayer works in all browsers.

I was able to reproduce your issue and I was able to resolve the issue with JW Player 7.6.1 by re-encoding the MP4 that the ad plays. After re-encoding it, the ad will play for me every time using 7.6.1. I do see that the original one worked with 7.3.4 and I am not sure why that is because I do not believe we changed anything with playing MP4s in Firefox. It seems that this ad tag is a sample one from an ad network though so I was wondering if you had this issue with any other ads since we are not hearing any other reports of this behavior.
