Is HTML5 HLS Streaming free?

As I know, Flash HLS is available only in premium. What about HTML5 HLS? Is it free?

You need to purchase a Premium subscription for any HLS playback.

That player does not have HLS playback functionality.

Browsers that natively handle HLS streams may work, but you would still need to purchase the player if you wanted HLS in HTML5 in Chrome. Firefox and IE support is coming soon.
