How can I get the player to start playing the video without having to click the mouse?
We have blind students that would like to access the video, however, the keyboard short cuts are not working. Thank you.

Hi there,
Our engineers are currently looking into why the keyboard shortcuts are not working in the player when it is rendered in Flash. In the meantime, are you able to set the player to automatically start playback? If using a cloud-hosted player, you can do this by enabling the “Autostart” option under the “Basic Setup” section of the player’s configuration page. If self-hosting the player yourself, you can add the autostart: true configuration option to the player setup.
