There could be an error in the manifest of the stream. You can also try to test the stream at http://dash-mse-test.appspot.com/dash-player.html

Getting the errors below:

109: EME not detected.
111: Media Source not found!
112: MSE not detected.
113: Required features not detected, aborting.

The mpd distribution in Amazon was created using flv file. Can that be reason for the errors, do I use only mp4 files to create the distribution?
