Why the hell don't you make it possible for the viewer to move forward through the video? A promised short video could end up being 30 waisted minutes of my day to find out it's a ploy to get me to buy some shitty product. Don't MAKE me waste my time. Give me the ability to get to the f'n punch line.
Sorry, there is nothing we can do to help here. It sounds like the web site developer on the site you were on specifically removed the ability for you to move through the video. We just make the video player software, so it is up to the developer that is using our player to embed their videos to decide what the viewer experience is going to be.
