Cloudfront Signed URL - HLS - Player not fetching chunks with signed urls recursively

Hi,

I have configured a JWplayer with Cloudfront Signed URLs in flash mode. The player is not fetching/requesting the consecutive chunks with cloufront signed urls.

Hi Sathish,

The signed URL you are trying to embed in the player is resulting in requests being made to the stream’s chunk lists that are returning 403 Forbidden errors. The same behavior is happening when accessing the stream directly in Safari without using our player, the issue appears to be with either the stream or the URL. I would recommend contacting CloudFront for further troubleshooting.
