Qt-Index-swapper OR Web Optimized

Hi !
The qtindexswapper at http://renaun.com/blog/code/qtindexswapper/ and Web Optimized (option checked in Handbrake) are same; If not then which one do you suggest??

Both are good. My understanding is that they do the same thing, which is move the MOOV atom to the front of the video. The difference is that when you select Web Optimized in Handbrake, they do this while the video is encoded. The QT one, however, moves the atom after the video has already been encoded (most likely when someone forgot to check the Web Optimized button).
