captions

there are several movies i have tried to stream from various sites that use JW player. my issue is watching an english movie with random other language captions...how do i get rid of the captions? i mostly use putlocker when this happens. it may be a forced caption stream embedded in the movie, im not sure, but when i right click in the player window and click about jwplayer there are no options to disable captions. putlocker also does not offer any caption settings or anything like that. there are several movies i really want to see but i cant stand seeing russian or chinese characters popping up over the video. can someone help?

Hi there,

When captions are enabled in our player, there should be a CC button on the control bar in which you can hover over and either choose another language or turn them off. If the developers of certain websites have disabled this, then you would not be able to turn them off. If you require any more assistance, I would recommend contacting the people behind the web sites you are visiting as we can only provide support to our customers.
