Hi there,

It is against our Terms of Service to use our player to embed content that you do not have the rights to play or distribute, so I would not be able to assist you with your issue.

Thank you.

This is a recurring issue all over the net whether people are using media they have rights to or not, it has been happening randomly on most sites for over 2 years now and I've yet to see a viable fix or answer to the issue. You saying you cant help is just a bs excuse because you have no answer either. You don't even know if he has the rights to that video or not but you do already know you cant help him cause you have no idea how to fix it.... sad.

JW User,

Based on the URL itself, and on the fact that the movie has yet to be released digitally or on DVD, one can safely assume that it is a pirated copy of the movie and the original author of this thread does not have the rights to use it. With that being said, I went ahead and made an exception and took a look at the URL and it appears to be linking to an embed of the actual movie and is not the direct URL to the MP4, which would explain why it is not working.
