HD (Quality) button does not work at Android

Hello!
At my Android Chrome browser at this page https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1428524-hd-quality-toggling I see "HD" button, but when I press it I see timeless spinner and video doesn't play.
So I am starting the video, waiting for video starts and then click on HD icon - I see spinner, but video never starts.

Hi,

Which Android device are you testing this on? What’s your connection speed like? I’m testing on a Samsung Note 3 running Android 5.0 and everything seems to work as intended.
