embedded videos wont play
Embedded videos in Dallas and Fort Worth newspapers websites wont play. Do I really need to download and configure yet another player to watch their content?

No, you do not need to download and configure our player. Their videos should show directly in the browser. The only plugin you might need is Flash.
Can you send me a link to a page where the video is not playing?
Our player is not actually installed by web viewers. Our player gets added to the web page by the web site developers.
