We are doing VOD for my clients which needs to be highly confidential, we found that jwplayer offering some security cases like SIGNED URL/SECURE VIDEO URL and PHP kit, also we enabled this services from your properties tab below Account, but it didn't work properly. We need your guidance regarding this security issues. Provide a source or proper working example for this issue.
We can’t really share code examples for this as it would be exposing the API secrets for our accounts. However, can you elaborate on what wasn’t working about the PHP example script for you after you used it with your own content and API secret? It would help a lot to see the code you were using, but obviously you wouldn’t want to post it on a public forum so you can email it to support@jwplatform.com and reference case # 86621 in your email’s subject line. You don’t have to include your API secret.
