Auto-starting a video on page load in BB browser

Hi,
I'm a user of Blackberry Passport ( OS BB10) and have the following problem. On default browser JW Player auto-starts a video on website which is quite annoying since it eats up tons of cellular data transfer. I installed additional browser: Evolution Browser and when I changed the browser identity from BlackBerry 10 to Android it was ok (meaning you have to tap on the video to start streaming).

That sounds like something that is built into the Blackberry OS, so we can’t do anything to stop it on our side. Out of curiosity, what happens with a generic HTML5 <video> tag set to autostart?
