Fullscreen button doesn't show

Hi, we are using JWP6 with the javascript integration. Yesterday the fullscreen button disappear from the player.
Is there any bug or something to change on the embed?

Hello,

We have not modified the code for 6.12.4956. Have their been any code modifications that took place on the site? Another question is if you take the player and place it within a basic setup page do you still see the same issue if sizing of the player is correct?
