Storage Space is not getting used
I have published some videos from external url and my storage and streaming count is not increasing, does views of external url videos doesnt count in storage & streaming usage.

They do not. As long as we aren’t hosting the files (or they are live streams) it will not count against your storage and streaming limits. There is still a limit on plays. Check out our terms of service for more details.
