Firefox miscalculates mp3 audio length

Why does Firefox add approximately 10 seconds to the jwplayer audio bar? Chrome and IE always get it correct. Firefox always gets it wrong. Here's just one example:

http://faithcabot.org/sermons/2016/thechurch/What_Its_All_About.php

The audio duration is 32:13. jwplayer (on Firefox) shows it to be 32:22 instead. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

It's not that it's adding approximately 10 seconds so much as it seems to be a percentage of time. The shorter the audio clip, the shorter the amount of time Firefox adds.

I would re-encode the file to see if the issue persists. I made a demo page with a re-encoded mp3 and the file now has a duration of 32.14.
