Not working on Android

Hello, I have the trouble: my stream is working on PC's but on Androids it is reports: "Errorloading player: No playable sources found." I have free-account, is it couse of error? On desktop it is working fine.

What kind of video stream are you using? And are you using Chrome for Android?

And please note that RTMP and FLV will not work on Android.

Thank you for answer. We are using RTMP. I thought that JW Player will work with any platform. Which format should I use for Android, iOS and PC support?

RTMP only works in Flash on the desktop, this isn’t available on mobile. We recommend asking your streaming provider about encoding to HLS.
