srt caption file is 404 not found

Hello,

I'm using the cloud hosted jwplayer and I'm getting a 404 file not found error when trying to play the captions file.

The .mp4 and .srt are located in the same directory on my server and have the same filename. I have a crossdomain.xml set to allow all. The video and the image load just fine, but the srt is a 404. I've checked and rechecked the path many times.

Hi there,

An incorrect path to the SRT file would be the only explanation. When I try to access the SRT file directly in the browser, it also responds with a 404 Not Found error.
