Since I have downloaded JWPlayer I have received the above message. Please tell me how to uninstall this from my laptop. I do not want it and since I must have a premium version to get person to person help I do not want it.
Sorry for the confusion. You do not need to download and install JW Player in order to play videos on the internet. Our player is made for web developers that want to embed videos on their web page. When everything is done correctly by the web developer, you do not need any plugins or anything else (except maybe Flash, depending on what kind of video they used) to watch.
The error you are seeing most likely means the web site was using our player to link to a video that no longer exists. There’s nothing we can do directly to help with that, but please ask that web site to contact us directly.
