can I set highest resolution as default, rather than lowest resolution? (JW hosting)

I'm using JW hosting to play my videos. I'd like the video to start playing in the highest resolution available, but right now it defaults to playing only in the lowest resolution available. Is there any way to change that?

Also, I'd like to hide the 'AAC audio' option with CSS, or just delete the AAC audio source altogether. I don't want users to be able to select audio. Is this possible?

Yes, here is a demo page that shows you how to set quality manually. Alternateivly, if you purchased the Premium Subscription this would happen automatically. You could hide the AAC audio option with CSS, but if you want to save space I would suggest using the platform API to edit your transcode templates to remove AAC audio creation altogether. Please note, you would need to delete the specific AAC audio conversions that were created prior to editing the template.
