Global Hotkeys for JW Player 6.12.4956 (Premium Edition)

Is there any way to assign global hotkeys to the pause and rewind buttons for use while streaming with JW Player?

Hi there,

We have a few keyboard shortcuts already built into the player and you can find out about them on this support article. There is no built-in functionality for adding additional keyboard shortcuts but you should be able to use the KeyboardEvent Web API in conjunction with our JavaScript API to potentially add some. However, this would be outside of the scope of support we provide so we cannot provide assistance in doing so.
