video can not be viewd

Hi,

I had been trying to view some videos uploaded via JW player, such as in here
http://3rbup.com/9f29f9a0a1ed0765 (wait 5 sec, then click button to go to the video page)
some smart mobile phone can view it but not on laptop. can you suggest solution please?
