Closed Captioning for audio (mp3) files only

Hi, We currently build e-learning with pages that sometimes have Flash animations (our client thinks of them as videos). The client requires that every page (even static pages with just a photo and audio) has CC available. We are looking for an audio player that can display CC info. I have read here in a Forum discussions that it was possible but the links supplied no longer go to the examples they offered. Can someone please pass along some info on where I can go to get this audio player and some setup info?

Otherwise, if you are uploading an audio file to your dashboard, you will be able to upload your vtt or srt files to the Tracks tab when you add your videos. You may want to take a look at our documentation here: https://support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1407438-adding-closed-captions
