Subtitles
In my jw player do not work subtitles ( captions) in chrome browser, but in Firefox and in Internet Explorer its work.
Why not work captions in Chrome?

In JW Player 7.4, we switched our way of handling captions to use the HTML5 <tracks> element in Chrome. Because the captions are now being rendered in HTML5, they need to more closely follow the specifications for VTT captions. I took one of your captions files and pasted the content in a Live WebVTT Validator and it looks like your captions are failing that validator because the milliseconds in a timestamp need to be three digits long.
I would recommend adjusting your captions to make sure they validate correctly and then trying to reproduce this behavior.

Hi there,
For some reason, when a VTT captions file is uploaded to your dashboard, our platform is changing the timestamps but when I upload the same file to mine, it’s not and the captions are working. I’m going to have to escalate this to our Engineering team to see what they say. As soon as I hear back, I will let you know.
